Ive always needed a minimum of 10 hours sleep and will take a nap if I get less than 12 yet still sleep fine that night. Its like I never grew up and became a normal, functional, and productive adult (now 41).Theres 3 more hours before your alarm clock is set to ring, but you cant fall back asleep.
